About The Event

Last year MNJGS member, Tina Edstam, spoke to us about her Czech research. Much has happened since. She traveled to both the Czech Republic and to Sweden where she met with living relatives. Tina will share her discovery of family and what she learned from them as she provides a historical context which connects to contemporary issues of antisemitism.

Tina Scott Edstam, Ph.D. is a retired professor of Second Languages and Cultures and an avid genealogist.

This event is sponsored by Or Emet and is preceded by a half hour Humanistic Jewish Shabbat service. It is free and open to the public.
